01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 9777cx ("the Platform," "we," "us"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the 9777cx website, mobile application and any related services offered under the 9777cx brand.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet on 9777cx, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read together with the 9777cx Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use 9777cx you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 9777cx. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in different names, with different contact details or via different devices belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide your real name, a valid contact number and a valid email address. This information must be accurate. Providing false details at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 9777cx login credentials. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never sharing your login details with any other person, including family members.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Notifying 9777cx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9777cx will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from 9777cx and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity carried out through your account while your credentials are valid — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. 9777cx is not liable for losses arising from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account appropriately.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on 9777cx are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions applied at any stage — deposits go in as PKR, balances are held in PKR, and withdrawals are paid out in PKR exactly as displayed in your account.

Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant interbank transfer, Bank Transfer and credit/debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available methods is always displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your 9777cx balance within a few minutes of a successful transfer. Processing times may occasionally be longer due to payment provider system conditions outside 9777cx's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 9777cx does not accept deposits from credit facilities or borrowed funds, and strongly discourages depositing more than you can afford to lose.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 9777cx account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 9777cx may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Providing requested documents promptly will help avoid delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• 9777cx aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal operating periods, though bank transfers may take longer.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. Only funds that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

9777cx offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game categories and expiry dates — which are published on the individual promotion's detail page under the Promotions section.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and form part of your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the combined bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slots and fish games may carry different contribution rates. Check the specific promotion terms for the applicable rates for each game category.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or repeatable offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money funds that have been generated through the completion of wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

06 Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games available on 9777cx — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and Bingo — are subject to the specific rules governing each game type. These rules are available within each game or game category section on the platform and should be reviewed before participating.

Regarding sports betting specifically:

• All bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority. For cricket, this includes PSL, Pakistan national team matches, T20 internationals, Test matches and other officially sanctioned competitions.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are published in the Sports section.
• 9777cx reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an incorrect market, at an incorrect price caused by a technical error, or based on information that was in the public domain at the time of placing the bet when that information was not yet reflected in the published odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are set per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

For casino games, fish games and bingo, game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures for live casino products. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes in any way outside the standard statistical probabilities built into each game's design.

In the unlikely event of a technical fault during a game session — including a disconnection, server error or platform outage — bets in progress at the time of the fault will be settled according to the platform's technical fault resolution policy applicable to that game type. Where a clear determination cannot be made, 9777cx may void the round and return the stake to the player.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9777cx and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and further action:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, falsified or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or attempting to process fraudulent transactions of any kind.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to lock in guaranteed returns, or systematic exploitation of any promotional terms.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or other competitive formats in a way that gives an unfair advantage to one or more parties.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately received and credited to your account. Any balance held will be frozen pending resolution of the dispute.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, macro or automated tool to interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Underage use: Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.

9777cx employs monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 9777cx may suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals pending an investigation, and take any further steps it deems appropriate including permanently closing the account and reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

9777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant, and any remaining balance may be subject to a dormancy fee after a period clearly notified to the player.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply. Where no breach is confirmed and the suspension is lifted, your balance will be restored.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact the 9777cx support team at any time. Closure requests will be processed promptly. Any eligible real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after standard verification is completed.

09 Responsible Gaming

9777cx is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — one that is enjoyed within personal financial limits and time boundaries. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9777cx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Handling

9777cx collects and processes personal data provided during account registration and during normal use of the platform — including transaction data, gameplay history and communications with the support team. This data is used to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments, prevent fraud and improve the player experience.

9777cx does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing providers as necessary to complete transactions, and with fraud prevention systems as part of the platform's security operations.

12 Changes to These Terms

9777cx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the platform — either via a notification on login or a visible announcement on the platform's home page — before the updated Terms come into effect.

Your continued use of the 9777cx platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
